The format of this program is to guide you (teach you) in experiencing tools of perception.
The first such tool is learning how to experience a Peaceful Spot in the middle of your brain. In meditation one often hears of the quiet place that helps people put things into perspective. A peaceful emotional experience can be like a time-out from other emotions.
The second tool is discovering your brain's Imaging System. You will discoverf how images can show up in your brain as an expression of your subconscious, and that you can mold these images into a new game plan for the kind of a person that you can become. The activation of the Peaceful Spot gives you the access to this ability.
The third tool is the Virtual Tour. Once you master the ability to interact with the images that show up and learn how to utilize them for information and insight, you then learn how to use images as a Virtual Tour. You can literally walk through your life experience as if you were experiencing a hologram. How often do you get a chance to live your life again and review it from a safe distance?
Other tools are also available — Logic, Tutorials, More Energy Techniques and information about Chi-Energy.
Logic - refers to the paradoxical nature of how things in life can be viewed in more than one way.
Tutorials - these are simple exercises you can do in your spare time.
More Energy Techniques - these are not covered in this website at this time but are offered as part of the training if you wish a more in depth understanding of how to use chi-energy.
Chi-Energy - examples of how chi-energy operates in everyday living.
Shaking/Tremors - examples of why shaking and tremors occurs and the methods you can apply to stop the shaking and tremors.

Methods of handling anger and volatility?
Often, when we feel volatility and anger we may not know why it came up and we may not want to calm down and feel something else. Volatility usually shows up during a time of verbal expression. As soon as you start talking, which can easily turn to screaming, the volatility shows up. And when this happens, your first reaction is to feel justified by your volatile expression.
Three things are needed to deal with volatility - morality, honesty and memory.
Morality - Did you really mean to be so volatile?
If the answer is Yes, then you don't have a problem because that's what you wanted to express. People around you might have a problem because they have to deal with your volatile expression.
If the answer is No, you did not want to be volatile, then your next questions are:
- What made the volatility show up?
- How do I understand how volatility works?
- What do I replace the volatility with, and still have the ability to express myself verbally?
Honesty - Volatility is usually a result of something unspoken. The tension which causes it comes from feeling that you have a right to your point of view. Just as volatility will show up as soon as you start talking, so do feelings that can overwhelm you when you start speaking about things that bother you. Volatility, which gives you a rush of adrenaline, protects you from feelings which threaten to overwhelm you.
Memory - Here is another paradox. The more upset you are in the moment, the less you notice it. The reason for this is simple. When you are upset, you become more aware of ideas that you hold in your head. If somebody accuses you of being upset, instead of denying it, relax and try to recall how you acted. The memory of being upset will show up and you will get a chance to feel the volatility which you didn't notice during the interaction with the other person.
People are often surprised that when they try to repeat certain words, the volatility shows up whether or not they want to be volatile. It's worth considering that volatility is a subconscious response and instead of justifying it just say, "I know how I came across, but that wasn't my intention."

Anxiety
Shortness of breath and a feeling of fainting can be bad, but there is an energetic way to stop anxiety. You have to pull all your energies into your body and start paying attention to how that energy feels inside your body. This is not difficult to do, but it takes practice.
Anxiety is caused by the idea of a real threat or situation that seems more than you are able to deal with. You can stop anxiety by your refusal to allow that threat or situation to affect you. This is a more complex solution and involves a greater control not only of your chi-energy but also of your mind-set. To be able to do this requires more energy experience and understanding, and more practice.
