The first Virtual Tour - Reliving and Transforming a Traumatic Experience (or Memory)
As you grow up you get exposed to troubling circumstances, which wouldn't be bad if they made sense to you afterwards. Often you remember one clip, one frozen scene that defines your perception. But what if you had a chance to relive those moments and come to a different conclusion? Or at the least if you could create more than one clip of information?
I grew up in Poland and came to America when I was ten years old. I remember being beaten when young. I lived in a culture where it was considered normal for a parent to use physical punishment on their kids if the kid did something wrong (or even if they didn't do something wrong). I already had images of myself when young (see Examples of Using Images). It occurred to me that I could do more than just see one image at a time.
The idea came to me to break the incident into a sequence, and I decided to try this with one memory of when I got a beating from an older family member. I was able to break up this incident into: Before the beating; the moment I realized that something was going to occur; the actual beating; my reaction to the beating; the moment the beating stopped; and last (which I thought was brilliant) to see what good came out of that beating.
I was not trying to justify the beating. But I was willing to ask "What good came out of this beating?" in order to see if maybe some new coping skill came out of that painful experience.
I said, "Show me an image before the beating occurred." I saw an image of myself as a young boy and when I brought that image into my body I felt an innocent contentment.
I then said, "Show me an image of when I had an awareness of a beating coming." The image changed, and I could feel tension being emoted by it. When I brought that image into my body it created an intense sensation of anticipation. I felt like I had electric current running through my body.
Then I said, "Show me an image of when the beating was occurring." This time I did not have to bring the image into my body. As soon as I saw the image, I also felt sensations in my body. I was surprised by what felt like psychic blows that went beyond the physical. I also started seeing myself screaming. I also saw the image of the person who was hitting me. I saw a red fiery energy around and inside their body and it was this energy that was inserted into my physical body with each hit.
When I brought the screaming image into my body, I was surprised again. I realized that the reason I felt myself screaming was because it minimized the physical pain of the beating.
When the beating in the image stopped, the sensations that I felt in my physical body were of radiating relief. It felt like an ember in a fireplace radiating energy outward. The radiation of my body felt like a release of intensity, followed one second later by a moment of calm, followed again by another release of intensity.
At this point I said, "Show me the gift I received from this beating." This was the most amazing part. I saw how each time I was hit, angry energy was inserted into my body. This was pure energy, that lay dormant inside of me for decades. Many years later when I became chi-energy sensitive and aware of my intuitive abilities, this angry energy in my body activated and made me incredibly fast in my ability to do psychic readings. I saw all of this as an integrated insight. Something inside of me pulled all the information together and made sense out of it for me. It was a mini epiphany.
I repeated the whole sequence several times more, each time saying to myself, "OK, I can handle this level of discomfort." When I felt I had mastered the sensations of each part of the incident, no matter how unpleasant, I no longer had to repeat it.
Since that first time I took my own Virtual Tour, my friends and I have worked with this technique and it has become more sophisticated. But it has the same goal — to show you how you can change your perceptions and feelings about your experiences. A Virtual Tour can also show you how to take the ordinary and notice how special it really is.

Becoming a product of your environment, then become a person of your own choice.
Once when doing psychic readings, I looked at a client who was very happy and easy-going and his face changed. I said to him, "You used to be a different person, very violent and very deadly."
He replied, "That was a long time ago and that person is no longer alive."
I said, "He has to be alive. I just saw him inside of you."
The young man then told me a story about how when he was a teenager, he lived in a dangerous neighborhood and he was beaten often until one day he allowed the beating to come inside of him. He then became more dangerous than the people who picked on him. (Here was an example of how violent behavior gets passed on from victimizer to victim.) But later, he gave up his violent ways and he now is studding to be a healer.

A Virtual Tour of your apartment.
A Virtual Tour can show you how you can change your perceptions and feelings about your experiences.
I was guiding a woman on a Virtual Tour of her apartment. She told me, "There is nothing that I like about my apartment. And the place I hate the most is my bedroom."
When she did a Virtual Tour of her apartment, the first place I asked her to experience was her bedroom. Her reaction was, "I can't believe how comfortable my bedroom feels. There's such a nurturing and creative energy there."
As soon as this woman described the bedroom I directed her, "Ask this comfortable nurturing feeling to enter your body. Where in your body do you feel it? Ask this feeling to move to another part of your body."
This experience was memorable because it showed how things can look one way to us by using our physical eyes, and how different they can look when we view it as a spirit form. It also showed that what you see in a Virtual Tour can be brought into your body as a sensation.

A Virtual Tour of your workplace.
We all live in a box of limitations. It's only when we recognize what makes other people special that we are then able to recognize our own unique qualities.
I was working with a man who first went through his apartment holographically to see what he liked about it. Because he once had a very successful career, I asked him to have a holographic memory of that job show up.
In that image, as he walked through his workplace I instructed him to notice good qualities in his co-workers which he normally did not notice while he was employed there. He saw an image of one employee whom he had admired.
I said, "Look at the image and sense where in this man's body is that quality that you admire. Don't guess, don't assume, just look at the image and feel for that special sensation."
"It's in his abdomen."
"Ask for that man's image to enter your body. Do you feel that special feeling in your own body?"
"Yes, yes I do."
The next person he admired was a female co-worker. The energy that made her special was located in her throat. He brought her image into his own body, and began to experience the same throat energy.
After each experience I directed him to say, "OK, I got it, that's how things work on an energy level." The exercises were for a way to allow this man to rebuild himself. Because of personal crises he lost a lot of faith in himself and he felt somehow he was to blame for his past misfortune.
Often the circumstances are, you don't know the strengths you have, you wind up loosing those internal qualities that work for you and then you don't know how to bring them back. It sounds kind of simplistic but it's all about knowing how.

A Virtual Tour of an impending court case.
A man I was working with had gone to court twice so that the judge could rule on whether he should be tried. Now he was getting ready to go for the third time, sot he judge could make a final ruling. Even if he was found innocent, if the case went to trial, this man's career would be over. He wanted some kind of help.
We decided to use a Virtual Tour to allow him to view all the people involved in the court case so he could develop a way to be aware of them at the next court session.
I said to him, "Say 'Court.' Now take a look at the image of your lawyer. How does your lawyer feel about you? Take a look at the image of the prosecutor. Have the image of the prosecutor look at you like you are a human being and not someone who the prosecutor uses as a case to advance his career. Look at the arresting officer, how does he feel about this case?"
The man replied, "The image of the policeman feels sorry that he arrested me, but he does not know how to stop this case from proceeding."
Then I told him, "Next take a look at the image of the judge. Have the judge see the love your parents feel for you so that the judge can see that you were raised correctly. Next take a look at the image of the court stenographer and make sure they see you as a human being. You don't know who the judge takes his cues from in a tight situation."
I instructed him, "Take a look around and see if you notice anything unusual in this image of the courtroom. When you show up in court make sure you feel the same kind of connection with each person that you experienced in the hologram."
The man phoned me several days later with exciting news: "My court case was dismissed. And you were right about noticing something unusual. In the Virtual Tour the judge showed up in a purple robe and this time in real life the judge came in wearing a purple robe."

A rape revisited.
One woman who I was doing energy work with kept mentioning the rape she experienced as a child, as if it was frozen in her mind. Even though I felt that a Virtual Tour might give her more clues about what happened to her, she was reluctant to do it. So I old her about my own experience with a Virtual Tour, and then she agreed to try it.
We broke the rape incident into a sequence of events for her to experience. As she went through each situation, she was surprised at how un-traumatic it felt to her. She felt the distancing that the Virtual Tour provides allowing her present adult-self to see from a distance how her child-self at that age was handling each part of the scene.
One thing that she got through the Virtual Tour was insight into her attacker. I said, "Take a look at the image of the man and pick up the vibrations of why he is doing this to you."
The woman became very vocal, saying, "I can't believe it! He's raping her as a way to get nurturing. He should be getting nurturing from his wife, not from a little girl."
During the last part of the Virtual Tour, I said, "Take an image of the little girl, and tune into what type of new ability she got from the experience of being raped."
The woman replied, "Strength. I became so angry at what happened to me. This anger has allowed me to be strong throughout my life."
Before we ended I instructed the woman, "Have an image of yourself as an adult now show up in front of the image of that girl. Explain to her who you are, so that she knows what kind of person she will grow up to be. Tell her about yourself and welcome her into your life."
The woman said, "She understands. She's starting to feel safe and she is willing to express herself inside of me."

Articulating something that has been hidden inside of yourself
I was doing energy work with a man who had a bad back injury for several months as a result of a car accident. He tried everything, but nothing seemed to be able to fix the problem in his back. We were doing a Virtual Tour for an unrelated reason.
The man wanted to revisit images of himself and his father. During the Virtual Tour he was able to say, "Dad, I love you." He came out of the Virtual Tour crying and feeling relieved. The next day he called me to say, "I didn't notice it till I got home, but my back pain is now all gone."
This was not the only incident of working with someone having a physical pain that didn't want to go away. The act of articulating a hidden fear or concern, that the person even kept away from their own consciousness, made a physical problem disappear. These other instances occurred before the discovery of the Virtual Tour technique.

The adopted child.
I was asked to do psychic readings on a child who some new friends of ours had adopted. The couple were visiting the Middle East and they happened to find out about a 3 year old who was left at an orphanage. The minute they saw her they felt they had to adopt her. No one at the orphanage knew anything about her birth-mother, except that she had left the girl at the orphanage, then disappeared.
The new father was very persistent in getting some information about the birth-mother."Why did she leave her child? Who was she?" he kept repeating insistently.
I said to him, "How about I teach you how I do this and you can get your own information?" He was fascinated by this suggestion, so we began.
After he learned how to experience the Peaceful Spot and how to experience images, I had him analyze the image of his adopted child. To give him more practice, I asked him to analyze an image of me. I then said, "Now ask for the child's mother to show up."
He said the words and poof, "I see her! I can't believe I see her! The woman is short, intelligent and defiant. She's staring back at me with her hands on her hips as if she's daring me. She left the child at the orphanage because she felt she could not raise the child herself, but she won't tell me any more information about herself."
The man's tone had changed. He no longer had that frantic need to ask, "Who is the mother? Why did she do it?" He said to me, "How is this possible? I never met the woman, how could I see her without meeting her?"
I replied, "It happens. Sometimes I see images of people I have never met as I'm waking up. Later on I see the same people on the subway or bus."
"Does this mean I have the same special ability as you?" he asked.
I explained, "Actually, everyone has the ability to do this, it's just a matter of opportunity and circumstances. Your seeing of the child's mother was a bit usual, but not unexpected. It could be because of how close you are to that woman's child, or it could be your drive, or even something in the air. Oh, and one more thing," I added.
"What's that?" he asked.
"The moment you became aware of the child's mother, she became aware of you. It's a two-way system, it doesn't work just for one person."

Using the Imaging System in daily life.
Sometimes when I leave my house, I look back at it holographically as I walk down the street. I look at each room to see if I forgot something. (And sometimes I did, and I had to go back for it.)
Any place I visited during the day, I can choose to take another look at it holographically later on, and get new sensations. I live in an area with a lot of churches and I have visited many of them. As I have an image of each show up later, each image brings different feelings in my body of how much spiritual inspiration I experienced when I was there.
After I have given a workshop, I can have an image of that workshop show up again and view how I handled myself. Often I notice things that I did not notice while engaged in the presentations. I always make it a point to look for good things.
Often I overhear people complain how badly they handled a situation. The Imaging System allows you to see what you did well, and that's always worth seeing.
These are just a few of the many possibilities for how you can use the Imaging System to enhance your daily life.
